I jumped onto the wood platform under the ladder on the left of the screen to grab some arrows, and discovered that it is impossible to go anywhere from there. I won't bother discovering whether there are other such flaws in the game. Completely off-topic: I navigated over here via the Bloons TD link at JiG. Good stuff.
